Rick Allen Ph.D. Former Director of Counseling & Psychological Services, University of California, Santa Cruz.: Dr. Rick Allen is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in disaster trauma mitigation. He has provided and organized psychological services following numerous disasters including 9/11 where he worked at Ground Zero as Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Team Lead. He is on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Traumatology.
